Who does the work each week?

OutreachBloom's plan needs a person on your side. 50 contributions a month is a little over 2 every workday, each one arriving by email to be opened, read, pasted into the right thread and posted, usually while that thread is still active. Its page says you review every post, which gives you control over what your brand says. It also means a week your person is out is a week nothing goes live. Our plan needs one decision from you: you approve the voice in Slack, and after that the posting happens without you. You give up control of each comment, and you read them after they are live in the daily report.

What does each cost over 12 months?

Over 12 months OutreachBloom's Reddit plan costs $22,800 and ours costs $12,001, a difference of $10,799. Neither total counts the time of the person who posts on OutreachBloom's plan.

A branded account or an established account?

OutreachBloom posts from a branded Reddit Pro account, which it describes as Reddit's official brand-participation program. Everyone reading knows it's the brand, and the account builds up as yours. Our comments come from people with established accounts, so the comment reads as one user's recommendation, and you own no account at the end. Reddit moderators remove comments from any account. Ours are checked the day they post, and the daily report counts the ones removed before that check, so only comments that passed count toward your total. If keeping the account matters more to you than having the posting done, OutreachBloom's setup is the better fit.

Where OutreachBloom wins

  • Control. You review every post before it goes live, and it stays on an account you own.
  • Reddit volume on paper. 50 a month against our median of 9 verified on Reddit.
  • People writing. Its team writes each contribution, and ours are AI-written.
  • A wider B2B bundle: AI SEO, cold email and LinkedIn outreach from one vendor.
  • Competitor reporting every month. We don't report on your competitors.
  • Its stated track record: 1,000+ B2B brands since 2010, across its services. We started in November 2025.

Where CommunityMentions wins

  • The posting is done. Nothing depends on someone on your team finding time every day.
  • Lower price: $1,000 against $1,900 a month.
  • Five channels in one plan, where AI answers and Google also pull from YouTube, LinkedIn and Medium.
  • Seeing the work first. A free sample shows the comments in about 2 minutes, with the full report in about 10.

How we compared

Every OutreachBloom fact comes from outreachbloom.com, read November 6, 2026. Its numbers about itself are its own. We have not bought its service. The 12-month totals are our multiplication of listed monthly prices, and ours adds the $1 setup charge. If its page says something different now, its page wins. In the 30 days from October 7 to November 5, 2026, the median of 55 client brands got 49 verified placements across Reddit, YouTube, Medium, LinkedIn and X, 9 of them on Reddit. The 25th percentile was 2 and the 75th percentile 123. That count includes brands that started or paused partway through the window.
