What a bought Reddit mention is, and what it's worth
A Reddit mention is a comment that names your brand in a thread where someone asks for a recommendation, a comparison or help with the problem you solve. Google ranks those threads for buyer searches, and ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers quote them, so a mention in the right thread keeps working after the day it's posted.
It's worth something only while it stays up. Moderators remove comments that read like ads, and a removed mention earns nothing, so the price that matters is the price per mention still live a few months later.

CommunityMentions wrote this page, and we sell Reddit mentions ourselves, so read it as a vendor's guide. If they've changed since then, their pages win.
Our numbers come from our delivery database, which checks every comment after it's posted and again later to catch removals. The survival figure covers every Reddit comment we posted in the 90 days to September 26, 2026.
How many bought mentions stay up
About three in four of ours do. Of the 16,153 Reddit comments we posted in the 90 days to September 26, 2026, 12,155 were still live and 3,998 had been removed, 75.2%. Across everything since November 2025 the rate is 73.5%, and 58,191 comments are live today in 8,792 subreddits.
Neither Mention.Broker's page nor Vettted's gives a survival percentage. Vettted guarantees each mention for 3 months and says most stay up for years. Ask any seller for its rate before you compare prices, because a removed mention earns nothing.
Most removals come from human moderators, and the age of the post matters: comments on posts older than 48 hours tend to get removed, so we work posts from the last 24 hours.
